About Me

Long before I held a camera or became a coach, I was paying attention.

I’ve always been drawn to the moments that invite us to slow down and notice what is already there: a fleeting expression, an old photograph, the character of a weathered object, the quiet wisdom found in nature, or the unexpected delight of something wonderfully absurd.

Photography became the first language I had for that curiosity. Through my lens, I learned to look beyond how someone appears and notice something deeper: presence, emotion, connection, and the stories people carry with them.

My work began with a photography degree in 2003 and years spent photographing families, professionals, and the natural world. I later spent 13 years in the corporate world, where I found myself drawn toward something more human: creating space for reflection, meaningful decisions, and connection.

That path led me to coaching. I trained through The Center for Coaching in Organizations (CCO) and earned my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Coaching expanded the way I support people. Instead of noticing only through a camera, I began noticing through conversation, thoughtful questions, and deep listening.

Today, coaching and photography come together through the same belief:

The most meaningful things are often already there. They simply need to be noticed.

Through coaching and photography, I create space for you to notice what is already there, trust yourself more deeply, and reconnect with what brings you alive.
